About Earthflower Therapies
Earthflower Therapies is the complementary therapy practice of Emma Charlton (MIFPA CNHC PGCE)
We are all individual, so no Earthflower Therapy treatments are the same.
Aromatic plants and massage were an everyday part of life in many ancient cultures. High quality aromatherapy & therapeutic massage is just as relevant today as it was to our ancestors around the world.
I offer highly therapeutic treatments, which combine holistic and clinical approaches. Aromatherapy blends, massage techniques and overall bodywork approaches are tailored to meet each client’s physical and emotional health needs, making each visit to my tranquil treatment room a unique experience.
Over many years I have become very experienced in supporting clients with a wide range of physical and emotional challenges. In particular, clients regularly see me for support around muscular tension and pain, as well as common mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety and depression.*
Clients often seek treatments to simply help maintain good health and mobility, or to re-charge, de-stress and relax. Treatments often become an important part of many clients’ personal health regimes - not a luxury, but an important wellbeing tool.
I am also a Reiki Practitioner, having been a Reiki Master since 2005. Treatments are available on request.

*Aromatherapy and massage can be a very helpful way of complementing care received from other medical and health practitioners, such as GPs and physiotherapists. However, treatments should not be used as an alternative to medical care. Always seek advice from your GP or other medical professional when needed, including if symptoms persist. Occasionally, I may advise you to seek medical advice before booking a treatment with me.

Payment
Payment is accepted in cash, debit/credit card or bank transfer. I strive to offer a service which is affordable for as many people as possible, whilst recognising that this is not always possible. If my prices are genuinely above your budget, but you would like to book, please drop me a line to discuss.

Earthflower Ethos
The Earthflower Therapies ethos is rooted in the importance of developing love, compassion and mindfulness.
Your safety, comfort & welfare are my primary concerns. I will not treat you without consent, I will keep my training up-to-date and I will only offer treatments in which I am qualified. In a nut-shell, I aim to give you the best possible treatment I can, as a practitioner with high professional standards.
In an effort to tread more lightly on the earth, and to provide clients with the best possible service, I am committed to using essential and base oils which are certified organic and sourced from high quality suppliers. I endeavour not to use oils from plants which are deemed to be under environmental threat. I also strive to consider the source and environmental impact of all other products and resources used in my practice. Additionally, the Earthflower treatment room is heated by air source heat pump (not gas) and the electricity is at least partly powered by solar - sunshine levels dependant!
